
All eight of Luxembourg's finalists for the Eurovision Song Contest have now released their songs for the public to hear, and ultimately judge, for themselves.
Get ready for a musical extravaganza as RTL Luxembourg unveils every song competing for the 'Luxembourg Song Contest', a thrilling national final set to take place live at the legendary Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette on 27 January 2024.
This spectacular event promises to spotlight Luxembourg's top musical talent, providing a stage for both established and up-and-coming artists to shine. With Luxembourg's return to Eurovision after 31 years, the nation eagerly anticipates this cultural milestone, marking a crucial step in reclaiming its place on the international music stage.

Drop by Angy and Rafa Ela

Angy Sciacqua, a finalist in the 2017 Voice Belgium competition, takes the spotlight with Drop, a collaboration with Martin Kleveland and Siv Marit Egseth on music and lyrics. The 39-year-old singer-songwriter, winner of Luxembourg's Next Popstar in 2016 and Top Voice Luxembourg in 2018, shares the stage with Rafaela Teixeira Fernandes, winner of the same accolades.
The joint production was helmed by Martin Kleveland, a music producer and DJ with a portfolio that includes work with Lionel Richie, Jessie J, and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

Hold On by CHAiLD

CHAiLD, alias Adriano Lopes Da Silva, a 25-year-old singer-songwriter, presents Hold On. With a musical journey starting at the age of 6, CHAiLD has become an established electro-pop artist in Luxembourg and Brussels.
In his song Hold On CHAiLD deals with the challenges of love. The song's music and lyrics, courtesy of Jimmy Jansson, Thomas G:son, and Peter Boström, feature background vocals from Greg Curtis and Anna Sahlene, with production by the trio. Published by Warner Chappell Music Scandinavia, G2 Publishing/Warner Chappell Scandinavia, and Peermusic, Hold On emerged after a series of singles, culminating in CHAiLD's first EP, 'Urgent Care,' released in April 2023.

Finally Alive by EDSUN

Edson Pires Domingos, better known by his stage name EDSUN, presents 'Finally Alive.' At 33 years old, the professional musician discovered his passion for dancing early on, eventually delving into music production during secondary school. With a diverse musical repertoire, EDSUN released his first EP in 2015, featuring singles like No Compliments and No Flashing Lights.
In 2016, his song Apologee earned him recognition as best new director at the Luxembourg Clip Awards, following the release of a music video alongside Luxembourgish dancer Isaiah Wilson. EDSUN's second EP, 'You Are Not Just One Thing,' hit the shelves in 2018, the same year he secured the title of Artist of the Year at the Luxembourg Music Awards. In 2023, he treated fans to two new singles, Just Text and Carter.
Unsurprisingly, EDSUN took on the challenge of crafting his entry for the Luxembourg Song Contest and Eurovision himself. Finally Alive features collaboration with Sergio Manique and Jana Bahrich, with background vocals by Jana Bahrich, Lucas Herweg, and Luka Tonnar. Sassá Nascimento is credited for the mixing and mastering.
His track Finally Alive is all about navigating life's rollercoaster, celebrating the highs and finding that bright light at the end of every tunnel.

Joel Marques, a 26-year-old singer, transitioned from his role as an educator to pursue a musical career after receiving a standing ovation on The Voice of Germany 2023, reaching the semi-finals. His debut single Stranger hit the airwaves in December 2023.
The song Believer was composed by Marvin Dupré, Clément Mouillard, and Brice Lebel and produced by Noroy.

Drowning in the Rain by Krick

Christine Heitz, known as 'Krick,' balances a career as a 26-year-old nurse with her passion for music. Growing up in a musically inclined family, Krick founded the cover band The Daydreamer in 2014, showcasing her talent with the Northern Big Band in a series of successful concerts the same year. After participating in The Voice of Germany 2017, where she made it to the sing-offs, Krick released her debut single Fake Cake in 2018.
The heartfelt ballad Drowning In The Rain was produced by Tom Oehler and Andreas Stone Johansson, who, along with Elsa Søllesvik, contributed to the music and lyrics. The track confronts deep emotions, questioning if nothing can take her to heaven and contemplating deserving hell.

Paumée sur Terre by Naomi Ayé Vajdovics Suárez

At the age of 15, Naomi Ayé Vajdovics Suárez stands as the youngest among the eight finalists but boasts significant experience. Remarkably, at just 7-years-old, Naomi demonstrated her ability to sing and play the piano simultaneously. Her prodigious talent continued to flourish, leading her to create original musical compositions at a tender age. In 2020, the young prodigy reached the final of the 7th season of The Voice Kids in France with her rendition of the Queen song Bohemian Rhapsody. In February 2022, she released the music video for Turn My Back On Light.
The music and lyrics of Paumée sur Terre were crafted by Manon Romiti, Silvio Lisbonne, and Eddy Pradelles, with production shared between Silvio Lisbonne and Eddy Pradelles. In Paumée sur Terre, she wonders about the lack of guidance for wandering souls and the absence of love and direction on earth.

Our final song release introduces the talented TALI, a remarkable artist at just 23! Tali Golergant is currently based in New York, where she leads her own music group. She showcased her songwriting prowess by penning her debut single at just 16-years-old. The music for her entry, Fighter, was composed by Dardust, Manon Romiti, and Ana Zimmer, with lyrics jointly written by Manon Romiti, Ana Zimmer, and Silvio Lisbonne. Dardust and Silvio Lisbonne took charge of the song's production.
